Rachel Hershkowitz Hopson’s practice includes estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration, probate litigation and guardianship matters. Ms. Hopson’s estate planning practice includes drafting simple and complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, beneficiary designations on non-probate assets, pre-marital and post-marital agreements, gift tax returns, and various other related planning and property agreements.

Ms. Hopson’s probate practice includes the probate of wills, administration of estates, heirship proceedings, oil, gas and mineral interests, probate litigation, and guardianship proceedings.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Hopson worked in the health field. Her compassion, practical knowledge and prior health care experience make her a natural when working with individuals and families in estate planning and probate situations.

Ms. Hopson was a member of the South Texas Law Journal and a member of the Order of Lytae.
