David Brininger focuses his practice on consumer and commercial litigation and appellate practice in a broad array of areas. Mr. Brininger’s experience extends to all phases of litigation, in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Brininger attended Boston University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Following his graduation from B.U., Mr. Brininger attended South Texas College of Law where he graduated Magna cum Laude. During his time at STCL, he was on the Dean’s Honor List every semester and was selected as a member of the Order of the Lytae for his academic achievement. Mr. Brininger was awarded C.A.L.I. awards for excellence in Intellectual Property Litigation and Immigration and Naturalization Law Seminar and received the Richard J. Graving Award in International Law. Mr. Brininger was also awarded with Best Appellee’s Brief for the Southern Region in the GILES Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition of Spring 2014.
