Arthur Feldman brings over 21 years of experience to an active trial practice.  Mr. Feldman regularly tries a variety of cases before federal and state courts and arbitration panels where he earns impressive results on both sides of the docket. He has obtained several seven figure judgments and arbitration awards for businesses and individuals and has also successfully defended a wide range of complex commercial matters.  Mr. Feldman believes that his skills as a trial lawyer and strategist apply across a broad spectrum of cases.  He has successfully handled and tried partnership and trust disputes, corporate governance and minority shareholder claims, business and contract disputes, medical malpractice and personal injury claims, commercial arbitrations, international arbitrations, copyright and intellectual property claims, insurance coverage disputes, construction and property disputes, oil and gas royalty disputes, and executive employment disputes.  His clients range from individuals, artists, and small business owners to large organizations and trusts, including several “Fortune 500” companies.

Mr. Feldman received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest available, which reflects the reputation Mr. Feldman enjoys with peers, judges, and clients.

Mr. Feldman served as the Managing Editor of the University of Texas Law Review and then as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph T. Sneed, Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeal, before beginning his practice in the private sector.

Mr. Feldman is married with three children.  When he is not trying cases or spending time with his family, Mr. Feldman enjoys swimming, fishing, and especially hunting with his Spinone Italiano bird dogs, “Leo” and “Rocky.”
