Mark Thomas' practice focuses on business law and commercial litigation, including dispute resolution and contract interpretation and negotiation, and toxic tort litigation. Mr. Thomas has represented and advised large public companies as well as small business and start-ups throughout the United States with respect to a wide range of business issues and throughout a number of industries.
Mr. Thomas has experience with employment law, contract law, intracompany and partnership disputes, product liability, premises liability, catastrophic personal injury cases, mediation, and arbitration.
