Maria T. (Trini) Salmeron Garcia

Trini Garcia’s practice at the firm focuses primarily on the areas of estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, and preparation of estate and gift tax returns. She also assists clients with general business transactions including entity formation, buy-sell agreements, and asset purchase agreements.
After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Texas-Pan American with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting, Ms. Garcia worked for five years with the Internal Revenue Service in McAllen, Texas. As a Revenue Agent for the IRS, she was responsible for the examination of individual, partnership, corporate, and employment tax returns.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Garcia worked at several large accounting firms including Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, primarily within their Private Client Services divisions. She has assisted high net worth individuals and family groups with income tax planning and compliance with federal and state tax laws. In addition, she has advised clients with wealth transfer and tax planning needs on how to best meet their personal and business investment goals.
Ms. Garcia is fluent in Spanish.
