Kay Carnley Vickers

Kay Vickers focuses on a broad range of commercial business litigation. Following law school she was the County Attorney for Caldwell County before entering private practice in Houston.
In recent years, Ms. Vickers' litigation activity has included representation of corporate clients in disputes with insurers; construction litigation, litigation involving environmental issues and hazardous materials; shareholder derivative suits and enforcement of and defense of cases involving covenants not to compete.
