Jeff A. Lin
AssociateBiography
Jeff Lin has experience representing public and private entities in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate restructuring, complex merger and acquisition transactions, going private transactions, Exchange Act reporting, and securities offerings. In addition, he has experience in both commercial and residential real estate and with corporate governance and regulation of nonprofit organizations.
Before joining Zimmerman, Axelrad, Meyer, Stern & Wise, P.C., Mr. Lin was an associate with Baker Botts L.L.P. and served as corporate counsel to the Dallas Housing Authority. During law school, he also served as a legal intern to the Honorable John T.J. Kelly of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Lin currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Houston Tennis Association.
