Brian Zimmerman has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts as well as arbitrations, representing plaintiffs and defendants. He represents public and private companies, partnerships, and individuals in litigation matters. Mr. Zimmerman continuously advises clients concerning issues related to construction law, oil and gas matters, securities litigation, lender liability, employment issues, business disputes, personal injury matters, products liability, covenants not to compete, misappropriation of proprietary and confidential information, theft and misappropriation of trade secrets, and unfair business practices.
Mr. Zimmerman received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, signifying very high to preeminent legal ability and very high general ethical standards.
Mr. Zimmerman served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Kenneth Hoyt, for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and as an Assistant Attorney for the City of Houston.
